I just bought my first house! I’m both excited and overwhelmed as is my sz son. Just wanted to share a bit of happy news. This means so much to us because now we are leaving this dangerous and chaotic neighborhood, Best of all my mortgage is less than my monthly rent and I have something invaluable to leave to my son should anything ever happen to me.
