Does anyone here know the names of state mental institutions that allow patients to smoke cigarettes or e-cigs (like outside)?! Does anyone know where I could go (like a website, or organization, etc.) that might know of the names of these state mental institutions?! Hope everyone is doing great, and thanks for the help!!
