Dear @lindag unfortunately Clozapine is not an option (our daughter has Epilepsy), one of the side effects of Clozapine are seizures,
schizophrenia.com used to have a good long list of natural supplements that work very good and have double blind studies. My daughter used to use sarcosine and n acetyl cysteine together. There are a couple of websites that sell them for mental health. B3 is really good and make sure she is taking flaxseed oil, which gives a immediate noticeable improvement. I had a homeopathic specialist help named Dr. K.S. Gopi, who you can find on linkedin, he is in India but his recommendation helped my daughter feel normal. NuAge brand is what worked but they Hylands brand did nothing. You can make payments internationally with Xoom.com which is a sister company of paypal. My daughter refused traditional meds too and life is terrible with taking nothing.
