After many admissions he is taking medication. He’s always lived with us and we went thru hell.

Well, my son is at it again! Last night he stole money from my coin jar and bought himself alcohol which he mixed with a lot of gabapentin. He was not able to walk very well, slurred speech. It was a very long night in my house. I am so tired! I keep looking for another place for him to live and I can’t find it! Florida is terrible. NAMI is still shut down “due to COVID”. So he nor I can have face to face meetings with anyone who might know the system well enough to help out. My son needs a controlled living environment that is affordable. Where is that?

I am moving to citrus county Fl soon. Their NAMI is open and has weekly meetings.
