CAMH - launches mobile app to help people reduce or quit drinking

June 5, 2014 (Toronto) – A new mobile app developed by the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) offers those who want to reduce or quit drinking alcohol the ability to track and manage their drinking habits.
Excessive alcohol consumption is a major public health concern, leading to over 200 diseases and injuries. In May 2014, the World Health Organization released a report that showed Canadians drink more than the global average, with 23 per cent of drinkers engaging in binge drinking.

That looks really cool. I have a close friend with a drinking problem I’ll check it out, hopefully it can help.
