I had heard about fish being helpful for brain tissue, and I make sure to have salmon at least 3 to 4 times a week, and I add anchovies to salads, etc.

This is good news.

I ate mackerel once a week throughout my pregnancy so it’s not a complete prevention but I do think that compared to what I read on the DX boards my son’s case is rather mild
