I am so sorry about your daughter! Hopefully they will find the right dosage and things will get better for her,
I have been in the hospital with my daughter, too this past weekend…
She did not attempt suicide, but her voices were telling her to and she was trying to fight the voices… she voluntarily admitted herself in the psych ward and is doing better now. They are trying her on haldol to control the voices and she says the voices are quieter now. We have been visiting all we can during the regular visiting hours this week

It saddens me to say we’ve both clearly not had a great week. She seems to be going up then down constantly. She’ll be fine one minute and then breaking down the next. Her psychiatrist actually talked to me and shes not sure but she says she sees signs of autism in my girl. Im glad your child is able to know that thise thoughts are wrong and even take matters into her own hands ! I applaud her

My prayers go out for your family!
Not only have we had to deal with having our daughter in the hospital, but on the way to the hospital, we hit a deer! So dealing with the insurance company to get it fixed
