Thanks to all of you for your kind messages. I can only imagine that these meds affect everyone in different ways. I remember how shocked I was at the amount of pills when my daughter first became sick. The doctor kept telling me that people with schizophrenia can take way more meds than the average person but it seems to me that it is all just to mask the symptoms. Not really treat the person. I guess this is where it’s at. I really appreciate the sharing of your own experiences as it gives me hope and insight. Still feeling so scared and new to all of this.
