Sorry I do not know anybody in Mumbai, but this brought up one memory in my mind, when I lived in my auto in America and some people had noticed I had mental issues as I knew already, these assholes wrote on the net that they knew a good psychiatrist for me, hourly rate was 100 US dollars, I ignored, in my society if I want to see either psychologists or psychiatrists it does not cost anything, I do not know how it is in Mumbai, but in some countries these good specialists may cost a lot of money.

Welcome to the forum @eskays30.

Some of these may help:
http://www.leapinstitute.org/ - under resources are free videos on using LEAP
LEAP is a way of communicating to build trust. Listen-Empathize-Agree-Partner.
http://dramador.com/ - Dr. Xavier Amador is a clinical psychologist whose brother had schizophrenia. He is the founder of the LEAP Institute. Wrote the book: I’m Not Sick I Don’t Need Help! Can buy from his website.
Search Xavier Amador and LEAP on youtube.com and you should find some long videos
http://www.treatmentadvocacycenter.org/index.php - under problems you will see anosognosia
Anosognosia looks like denial but is different.
