I’m not sick and I don’t need help is a good book that explains why that think what they do in terms of thier illness. I’ll take a look and report back. I’m always reading.

The best book I have read is Surviving Schizophrenia by E. Fuller Torrey MD. If is factual, so packed with information and a hands on resource you will use over and over again. Hope you will read through the scientific part in the beginning, the explanations is worth the time spent.
