I would say not Texas. The state is so large you have a various levels of treatment at the county level. At the state level, mental health treatment aside, many of the Texas prisons do not have air conditioning.

@mteaver my boyfriend had 2 in patient stays between June and July 2023 and was given the Invega 30 day injection. It has worked wonderfully! I would definitely give it a try if I were you. I’m in Ohio and mental health care is pathetic in my state.
Thank you for the information. I’m thinking seriously about Philadelphia. Anyone have experience with the mental health system there. My son needs medicaid and SSI.
