My dad bought a treadmill off Craiglist from a gym for cheap. I just used it and I feel a ton better. I walked for 40 minutes at a fast pace. I just remembered how much I loved treadmills, and he got a really nice one that measures your heart rate. I also noticed my depression symptoms went away almost instantly. Yep, dad’s right. I need to focus on a job and exercising and I will be a lot happier. :slight_smile:

You are right on there.

When I exercise I feel great, I have stopped exercising a few times for about 3 months due to being busy. I get really down, I crash hard.

All exercise works, the main thing you have to do is get you heart rate up and keep it there for at least 20-30 mins as many times a week as you can.

You will feel great after.

Another way of increasing your mood is eating lot of greens.

I feel better when I at least go for a walk. I don’t feel so good if I spend all day inside very still.

i excerise everyday it does help.
