Our son, 33, lives with us now, so we can monitor him. But in the past was hospitalized, every time he would go off his meds. Now he gets a shot once a month and therapy.

My heart breaks for you. Do not blame yourself. If someone truly wants to take their life, there is nothing that anyone can do. Even if you had known and done everything you could, it would not have mattered. I am so so sorry.
