My sons doctor has me puzzled

Yes, we are trying a different tact amd doing our homework. And LEAP is very helpful. We are rethinking everything. We did do family to family at NAMI and it was very helpful. It may be worth doing again. There was a very elderly man there in attendance who had been dealing with a schizophrenic son for decades. I wish I could talk to him again. His son is unmedicated and lives in a cabin in West Virginia. He made me realize that support is continually needed. He was in his mid 80ā€™s and said when their son was first diagnosed they blamed the mothers, but he knew that was way off even back then. He was inspirational. I felt like everyone was there for different illness, and the woman with the clinically depressed son had issues that were slightly different than ours. Iā€™d like a class just for sz! After Covid I will be more involved at NAMI.
