Our patient ambasador, Richard, was invited to write a piece for the Australian Clinical Psychology Association on how he first dealt with his schizophrenia diagnosis. He also provides a very open, honest and moving account of what it is like to have schizophrenia and his advice for clinicians who treat people with the illness.
