If she is refusing to seek treatment there isn’t much else you can do, I know you’re her friend and want to help but there is only so much you can do…you’re not her parents you can’t legally force her into a mental place and get tested. And as long as she isn’t really hurting anyone or becoming violent she may yet grow out of it…there isn’t much you can do but wait it out and stick with her
