A 'hellish world': the mental health crisis in America's prisons

Thank you for posting this; it’s worse than can be imagined to be psychotic in solitary confinement not knowing what is happening or why. In the US, people are being arrested while they are in mental hospitals on involuntary holds. It’s terrifying and, yes, hellish.

Yes thanks for posting this. I’m from the UK and know little about the US. It was very interesting.

Jail and prison are still the “Plan A” solution in our country for our family members with brain disorders. It’s despicable.
