GM, If your loved one is on Clozapine and your not familiar with Athelas’ services, here you go. This is a company that provides remote blood monitoring for those on Clozapine. The results feed directly into the REMS program and it is so helpful not having to visit the lab. My son had this service when we lived in Los Angeles, but when we moved to Orange County they were unfamiliar with the company. I quickly educated them and got a sales rep to call them and they’re currently in the process of purchasing this amazing service. If your loved one is having a difficult time getting to the lab, talk with their provider/clinic about implementing Athelas. You can also purchase this for your home with a monthly fee of $60 (if I remember correctly) - totally worth it if the lab is a difficult step for your loved one. Happy Thanksgiving!
