So I lost over 60 lbs and got down to my goal weight. I got down to 195 lbs. In fact I had several people comment that I was too skinny. But I didn’t follow my diet plan and i got back up to 250 lbs. So I went back to the drawing board and started my diet over. Today I weigh 240 lbs.

Congratulations. That is hard work. You did it once, you can do it again. Loosing 10 pounds is hard. To do that a few times over, very cool. I bet you’ll be back to your trim self in no time.
As J said. If you did it once, you can do it again. Just be healthy
I know how hard it can be, and you probably have the additional complication of medications that make you add pounds - stick with it, it is worth it to get healthy!
Good for you @77nick77 I too am focusing on a healthy eating plan, I do not like to use the word diet, the word seems too temporary. I realize that I have to change my lifestyle, which includes more fruits and veggies and a realistic exercise program for me - like more walking. I wish you much success with it
