Hmmm, what I got out of this (so much is above my head) is that CR (cognitive remediation) and exercise help improve negative symptoms (aimed at restoring function in life).
“Aerobic exercise has been the most studied and has produced the most consistent effects on cognition. However, other types of physical activity, such as yoga, high-intensity interval training, and high-velocity circuit resistance training deserve further attention.”
Now I just have to figure out what “cognitive remediation” means. And what high-intensity interval training or circuit resistance training mean…
