Hi everyone,

This forum has been so helpful to my daughter and I over the years. We wanted to try to give something back. Over the last year, we created a document “How to Cope with Mean Voices” with the help of our psychologist.

Now, when my daughter (SCZ) hears voices, she uses the techniques listed in the attached PDF. We hope this helps.
