I don’t know how it compares, but there is also a cognitive improvement tool that you can sign up for called BrainHQ. I know of a residential treatment program that recommends this. It is an easy way to get a person started because it can be done from a phone. There are free emails (questions/problems to solve) and full access for a fairly small monthly fee.
