The son of a dad with schizophrenia needs to be connected with another friend

Hi! I was wondering does anyone have a child who is willing to share his/her experience with another child whose dad is suffering from schizophrenia? I was thinking we can manage a virtual meeting. My son keeps saying that it is not fair to him that he is the only child whose dad is suffering from this and he needs friends that can have mutual topic with them. Thanks.

I think maybe the family to family class at NAMI would be good for your son. Perhaps you could ask an adult friend or relative to attend with him?

hey i know it is a very late reply but i too have a schizophrenic dad and am willing to talk to your child . If you are comfortable with that , let me know .
