Book for parent of 8 yo with anxiety

Ever since my son’s mental health issues (he’s 37) became apparent to me I’ve wondered why I didn’t notice sooner. I now have a friend who is aware of my son’s problems and is worried about his 8 year old son.

Can anyone recommend a good book for parents to identify MI issues in young children? Either to get help as soon as possible or to put his mind to rest.

Hi. These are for 4-9 year olds, so hopefully appropriate. They are good as your friend can read them with his son and they should encourage him to talk about what is worrying him while they read:
