CBT at home - Mind Over Mood - Book

#1

Recently this book was recommended to us for doing CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) at home at your own pace. I have only just started reading it however the first exercise seemed very promising to me in how it shows that ones feelings can change how one perceives situations.
