Purpose of Study

Purpose: The goal of the current study is to determine the prevalence, rate, and types of pregnancy complications and early life events that may be associated with the emergence of psychosis and related metabolic disorder in patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders.
Eligibility

Mothers who have 1 or more offspring who have been diagnosed with a schizophrenia spectrum disorder illness (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder with psychosis, drug-induced psychosis, schizophreniform disorder and psychosis not otherwise specified) in the last 15 years, speak fluent English and are capable of providing full written consent will be invited to participate in this study. Mothers with affected offspring between age 16 to 45 will be included
