Feeling blessed and happy this morning as my 22 year old son with sz takes his first vacation without his parents. He loves the energy of a big city so he and his cousin are heading to NYC to celebrate his birthday. So grateful that he is stable and able to do typical young adult things independently!

Enjoy the feeling today! my 26 yr od sz son is spending the weekend with friends ( 2 others wtih sz that are stable too) and no parentsā¦so normal and I am happy he is ready to do this. He is still calling to check in with me like he does most days. Smileā¦this is one of the good days. Good for you both!
