Here here. Why NOT mental illness brain fluidity?
My son is committed to the state hospital. After becoming stable some bozo decided to take him off his psychotropic medications. He really fell apart badly. That was 18 months ago. He’s better but still is paranoid and it seems many of his delusions are still present. His psychiatrist says she’s trying to find a medication he’ll be willing to take when he’s out of the hospital. It’s a tricky balance of effectiveness and side-effects. Your brother probably needs medication with more horsepower.
