We just got an update on the SSA website that says a medical decision has been reached. There was an administration law judge hearing over two months ago. Does anyone know what that means? Does it sound hopeful? The vocational expert said at the hearing my daughter cannot work.

I don’t know for sure but my fingers are crossed for you. I think you should know something very soon and I hope it is an approval. I can’t think of any reason it wouldn’t be. 
My son’s was posted like that the first time. I called the 800 number and they told me he had been approved and I should call the local office. His caseworker had had the results and just hadn’t gotten around to contacting us. That was the point where they needed my son to come in and sign some paperwork for the next step.
Really hoping this is finally settled for your daughter and she has been given benefits.
