Then couple hours past she takes it back

If it is the paranoia symptoms of the schizophrenia that are getting out of hand then that should be discussed with her psychiatrist. Maybe just a slight adjustment in her medication can help reduce that. Otherwise I would not know what else to say about it other than to be sure that you aren’t maybe inadvertently doing anything to exacerbate or trigger her paranoia (without meaning to) and maybe just offer her additional reassurances considering the nature of her illness. The illness can definitely make her or anyone with it more sensitive. Just my thoughts. Best wishes.
