I’m working nights now and haven’t been able to get to any of my nami meetings,
One thing Im really missing is when we close the meeting we usually close with what your self-care will be for the week,
So I thought I would post here on what I will do for self care this week and if anyone wants to join me and share theirs
This week I actually went shopping for a pair of jeans by myself yes without the kids or anyone .
I will also take a train just for the day to see a good friend who’s traveled far.
I’m reading a fun book at night. I usually deprioritize my reading time to get stuff done or spend too much time on the internet but I’ve made it a focus this week to finish this book. And now I’ve committed here!
I repainted the accent wall in my bedroom, each time I looked at it for the past 10 years I would sigh. Finally made myself chose a color and dealt with it.
