My sister has just said to me she hates life in this planet and most people are really awful… that she hates my husband and will take care of her (77 not yet frail) and then “get out of here’. She stopped smoking and drinking 6 months ago,
But has just come out of 7 yrs of psychosis and depression aggressive and totally isolated…
This makes me sadder than I’ve been in a long time and unable to speak to anyone about it

Give your sister time three, it can be a lot to handle.

How great to have signs of improvement but such talk is still delusional. Suggested: Google “Responding therapeutically to disturbing beliefs” by Richard Lakeman. I think it has really sound advice.
