Do you know of any live chat groups for parents who are struggling with their mentally ill child or children?

Please start a new post if you want this message to be seen. However, I can suggest NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Family Support Groups are live. Some are in person and some are online such as with Zoom. They are confidential but have set meeting times. No cost to participants. Do a search for NAMI in your state.
