Good article. I never introduced myself here, I just started posting.
Oh - I think they are talking about the people responding to the new visitors (we were in a slightly unique situation here because most of us moved over from the previous forums).
I got a good refresher on my on-line skills. I also came over from the older forum. This was very informative.
Grohol has a so so track record if you are being targeted for abuse/hostile comments on his forums. He is not as supportive as he could/should be. So long as you bear that in mind his forums are reasonably good re topics posted.
