My son is needing money all the time. It is almost like an addiction. Also has 0 motivation to do anything. Just smokes, listens to music, and likes to eat out. That is it. Anyone else have this problem with their family member? And will not go to a doctor, dentist, eye doctor or get vaccinated.
My love one does have a debt card, doesn’t over use it which Iam thankful, we tried for 3 years to see doctor etc - now that he is medicated he went for his first physical with his GP and we were very happy does his blood work every 2 weeks which is great but not successful with dentist yet will continue to encourage him, never give up

Yes !!! my son needs money all the time and worries constantly that something is wrong with him and needs to see a variety of doctors . He found a little lump , and demanded to see a doctor , it got scanned and was benign and doc said all is ok and my son flipped out and said the doctor was wrong and that he needs to see a specialist and it goes on and on and on . Right now he thinks he’s too short and wants to see a doctor for it and has threatened to kill himslef if he doesnt grow . He has been to the dentist and looked after his teeth . He worries about his skin , his hair and finds so many things that he believes are not right with him . I am happy he looks after himself in ways but when he gets obsessive about it , it causes so much stress and empties out my bank account . im paying for health insurance , food , bills , and so many unnecessary doctors bills . He refuses to see a psychiatrist and believes nothing is wrong with him . He has reduced his meds by himself to 5mg and the reason he is still on 5mg is because i am bribing him with his car insurance . Not working , isolates , plays xbox and worries constantly about his appearance .

Same here about doctors visits and getting vaccinated. Definitely needs to see a dentist. The only thing I can see to do is to be patient and practice LEAP techniques and hope for the best.

Yes, we have the same problem. I do believe that he is a manipulator sometimes. When I please ask him to pick up the garbage that it is in his room, he starts screaming and saying that he cannot do it. He keeps yelling that he wants more money. The only thing he does is smoking cigarrettes, marihuana and playing guitar. I am so tired, this has been going on since he was 17, and he is now in his 50’s. He also wont get vaccinated,
