This is type of list I went through during my CBT. Negative thinking also takes hold faster then it should. It tries to grab everyone it can. SZ and Non-sz alike.
I think everyone SZ and Non-Sz, caregivers and the ones getting care all fall into this vortex at times.
It’s hard to break a habit if you can’t really picture it or name it.
