Have you ever used traditional medicine (herbal teas,…) as an aid to chemical meds ? What kind ? Do you think it’s effective ?
Ive heard that curcumin can bring down inflammation- a contributing factor to mental illness. Removing potential inflammatary foods such as glutin can help. Anecdotally, my daughter stopped eating carbs (thus dramatically reduced glutin intake) and made great progress. Omega 3’s can halp with depression and other things. BUT, talk to doctor first! There can be interactions.
